Wie behebe ich diesen Fehler?

To cancel a Nota Fiscal...
use the transaction NF Display and choose Cancel from the menu for
Notas Fiscais created via writer, or
use the the application used to create the Nota Fiscal and cancel the
original document (Billing, Invoice Verification, etc) and then the
Nota Fiscal will be cancelled automatically.
