System Administration Assistant.

You can only change the default language in the original system.

Wie behebe ich diesen Fehler?

"&V2&" was determined as the original system.
If an original system was determined, you must log on there to change
the original language for the relevant task area. Make sure that the
change is necessary. If it is a task area that you administrated
originally, do not make the change yourself until you speak to the
person currently responsible.
If an original system was not determined, you cannot change the default
language. In this case, it is a different task area.
