You want to carry out a rent adjustment with the option of comparing
the results of various adjustment procedures.
Since you have started the program in calculation mode (and not in
simulation mode), you cannot determine online the adjustment procedure
that you want to use for the objects in question. For this reason, you
must specify whether you want to use the adjustment procedure
with the highest adjustment amount
with the lowest adjustment amount
on the initial screen.
