The current rental agreement overlaps with agreement &v1&, if the
tenant of rental agreement &v1& wants to renew his agreement. Rental
agreement &v1& actually ends on &v4& but if it is renewed according to
the option it will end on &v2&.
The tenant had until &v3& to give notice of renewal.
