Sales-based rental agreements must at least have the status "active
provisional agreement" (6) or "active rental agreement"(7) if you want
to enter or change sales reports. Postings cannot be made to the rental
account unless the agreement has either of these statuses. This means
that rent incoming payments cannot be listed and no sales reports are
available for sales-based rental agreements that are not active.
