If you do not agree with this occupancy, change the list of owners.

If no owners are defined for the property or building, you can transfer
the owners from the business entity.
Once you have saved the owners, the function for copying from the
business entity is no longer available. If you have deleted the owners
but then wish to copy them from the business entity, save only after
deleting and then call up the owner screen once more.
