The <ZH>Child element and bonuses</> subtype can only be created if a
<ZH>Child</> subtype exists for the corresponding period in the
<ZH>Family/Related Person</> infotype (0021) with the same child number.
A child with this child number is not stored in the system for the
period selected (&V1& - &V2&).
