No payroll results exist for the personnel number. However, to create
the reimbursement applications it is necessary to first run payroll for
the persons in question so that the reimbursement amounts are known.

Repeat the report up to the next payroll run. Ideally, the payroll
control record should have the status "Exit payroll" before you start
the report.
