pension office. This key is used to assign the returned information
records. The authority key &V1& and the reference &V2& were found in
the information records to be processed. This combination was not found
for any personnel number.

In the Pension Information infotype, assign the authority key and the
reference so that a personnel number can be uniquely identified from
the combination of both values.
