Was verursacht dieses Problem?

You want to store a schema that contains more than 999 functions. You
can recognize this with the help of the line number that is displayed
in units of 10. There are line numbers greater than 9990. But a schema
that is so big can no longer be stored.

Wie behebe ich diesen Fehler?

If you still want to store the schema or choose to save it without
checking it, then all the functions that fall outside of the limit
will be lost.
The following possibilities are now open to you:
If only a few functions exceed the limit, you can try to delete the
comments or deactivated functions so that they now fall within the
limit.
A more sensible option would be to divide this schema into at least
two schemas.
Using the line command XX .. XX, you can save the section of the schema
that has been removed from storage in the X buffer. Then, using
DD .. DD, delete this area. You can then store.
No return to the initial screen and create a new schema. After you have
maintained the attributes, go into the source text and paste the
contents fo the X buffer into the schema using the line command X.
