Employee qualification has not been entered in either infotype 0001 or
infotype 0217.
The error may be related to an error in table T511K settings. The QUALI
setting of table T511K determines in which infotype the employee
qualification is to be entered.

Wie behebe ich diesen Fehler?

Check the basic data (qualification) using infotype 0001 or 0217,
depending on indications in table T511K, QUALI setting.
Check the QUALI setting value in table T511K for your employee
qualification. If the employee qualification has been entered in
infotype 0001, the QUALI setting must be equal to the value 1. If the
employee qualification has been entered in infotype 0217, the QUALI
setting value must be different from 1.
