You want to replace a material in BOMs with a new material. The system
checks whether a change is allowed. Under certain conditions, the
change is not carried out, for example if:
an object is locked
the authorization group of an object is not within the value range in
your current user profile
no management record for the change number exists for the BOM to be
changed
This message refers you to the log, which tells you the reason why the
mass change was cancelled.
