Vorgehensweise für Systemadministratoren

A new system exists in the Transport Management System only after the
configuration has been distributed and activated in the transport
routes. The mechanism for this exists as of Release 4.0B.
Systems with older releases obtain information on new systems in the
transport routes by the transport routes being distributed.
