Was verursacht dieses Problem?

The specified user was unlocked in the system, as long as this is
permitted by the system. If the system belongs to a system group for
central user maintenance, it is possible that locks still exist that
may only be removed from the central system. These locks remain. The
user may still not be able to log onto the system.

Systemantwort

The system settings depend whether or not the (global) lock set in the
central system may be removed locally.

Wie behebe ich diesen Fehler?

If the user is still locked by the administrator in the central system,
contact the administrator responsible for the central user
administration in the central system to remove the lock.
