  5. Select the “Edit” option to edit an existing user account.

  8. Select the “Delete” option to delete an existing user account. 
  9. Confirm that you want to delete the user account by selecting “Yes” in the confirmation window that appears. 
  10. Select the “Assign Roles/Authorizations” option to assign roles and authorizations to a user account. 
  11. Enter the required information for assigning roles and authorizations to a user account, such as role name and authorization level. 
  12. Select the “Save” button to save the changes made to roles and authorizations for a user account. 
  13. Select the “View User Information” option to view information about a user account, such as name, address, contact details, roles assigned, and authorizations assigned. 
  14. Select the “Back” button to return to the main menu of /SCWM/USER transaction code when you are finished with your task(s).
