  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code /SAPPO/ARCH_JOBS in the command field. 
  2. Select the “Maintain Job Distribution” option from the menu. 
  3. Select the job for which you want to define the job distribution. 
  4. Enter the user or group of users who should be assigned the job distribution. 
  5. Save your changes. 
  6. To view or modify an existing job distribution, select the “View Job Distribution” option from the menu and select the desired job from the list. 
  7. To delete an existing job distribution, select the “Delete Job Distribution” option from the menu and select the desired job from the list. 
  8. To create a new job distribution, select the “Create Job Distribution” option from the menu and enter all necessary information for
