    4. Select the “Create” button in the top menu bar to create a new customer-specific field. 
    5. Enter a name for the new field in the “Field Name” field and select a data type from the dropdown list in the “Data Type” field. 
    6. Enter a label for the new field in the “Field Label” field and enter a length for the new field in the “Length” field. 
    7. Select “Save” to save your changes and create your new customer-specific field. 
    8. Repeat steps 4-7 to create additional customer-specific fields as needed. 
    9. Select “Back” to return to the main screen of this transaction code when you are finished creating fields. 
    10. Select the “Field Groups” tab in the left menu bar to create a new customer-specific field group or edit an existing one. 
    11. Select “Save” to save your changes and create your new customer-specific field group or edit an existing one when you are finished making changes. 
    12. Repeat steps 10-11 to create additional customer-specific field groups as needed or edit existing ones as needed. 
    13. Select “Back” to return to the main screen of this transaction code when you are finished creating or editing field groups. 
    14. Select the “Field Catalogs” tab in the left menu bar to create a new customer-specific field catalog or edit an existing one. 
    15. Select “Save” to save your changes and create your new customer-specific field catalog or edit an existing one when you are finished making changes. 
    16. Repeat steps 14-15 to create additional customer-specific field catalogs as needed or edit existing ones as needed. 
    17. Select “Back” to return to the main screen of this transaction code when you are finished creating or editing field catalogs.  
    18. Exit this transaction code by selecting “Exit” from the top menu bar when you are finished configuring customer settings for Plant Maintenance (PM).

    It is recommended that users familiarize themselves with all of the tabs available in this transaction code before making any changes, as each tab contains different options for configuring customer settings for Plant Maintenance (PM).
