  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code /XFT/SRMFOLDC01 in the command field. 
  2. Select the “Create” button to create a new folder type. 
  3. Enter the name of the new folder type and select “Save”. 
  4. To change an existing folder type, select the “Change” button and enter the name of the folder type you want to change. 
  5. Make any necessary changes and select “Save”. 
  6. To delete a folder type, select the “Delete” button and enter the name of the folder type you want to delete. 
  7. Select “Yes” when prompted to confirm deletion of the folder type. 
  8. To assign a folder type to a file type, select the “Assign Folder Type” button and enter the name of the file type you want to assign a folder type to.
