  Overview:
  The SAP transaction code /XFT/SRMCREC50 is used to customize the status profile for recurring documents. This transaction code allows users to define the status of a recurring document and the activities that can be performed in each status.

  The /XFT/SRMCREC50 transaction code enables users to customize the status profile for recurring documents. This includes defining the status of a recurring document and the activities that can be performed in each status. The status profile also allows users to define which activities are allowed in each status, such as creating, changing, or deleting a document. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code /XFT/SRMCREC50 into the command field. 
  2. Select the “Status Profile” tab. 
  3. Select “Create” to create a new status profile for recurring documents. 
  4. Enter a name and description for the new status profile. 
  5. Select “Save” to save the new status profile. 
  6. Select “Change” to edit an existing status profile for recurring documents. 
  7. Select “Delete” to delete an existing status profile for recurring documents. 
  8. Select “Activities” to define which activities are allowed in each status of the recurring document. 
  9. Select “Save” to save any changes made to the status profile for recurring documents. 
  10. Exit the transaction code by selecting “Back” or “Exit” from the menu bar at the top of the screen.
