  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. To create a new qualification matrix, select the “Create” button in the top right corner of the screen. 
  2. Enter the name of the matrix and select “Save”. 
  3. Select “Add Qualification” to add qualifications and skills to the matrix. 
  4. Select “Save” when finished adding qualifications and skills. 
  5. To edit an existing qualification matrix, select the “Edit” button in the top right corner of the screen. 
  6. Make any necessary changes and select “Save” when finished editing. 
  7. To delete an existing qualification matrix, select the “Delete” button in the top right corner of the screen. 
  8. Confirm that you want to delete the matrix by selecting “Yes” when prompted.
