  3. Select the Contract Type and Contract State fields to view the current values for the customer. 
  4. To make changes, select the Change button and enter the new values for Contract Type and Contract State. 
  5. Select Save to save your changes. 
  6. To view a history of changes made to the customer's contract type and state, select the History button. 
  7. Select Back to return to the main screen.
