  1. Access the Shipment Monitor by entering the transaction code /SCTM/SHP_MON into the command field. 
  2. The Shipment Monitor will open with a list of all existing shipments in the system. 
  3. To create a new shipment, click on the “Create” button at the top of the screen. 
  4. Enter the necessary information for the shipment (e.g., origin and destination, items shipped). 
  5. Click “Save” to save the shipment. 
  6. To edit an existing shipment, select it from the list and click on the “Edit” button at the top of the screen. 
  7. Make any necessary changes to the shipment information and click “Save” when finished. 
  8. To delete a shipment, select it from the list and click on the “Delete” button at the top of the screen. 
  9. Confirm that you want to delete the shipment by clicking “Yes” when prompted.
