    5. Make any necessary changes and select “Save”. 
    6. Select “Delete” from the menu bar and enter the name of the reference document type you want to delete. 
    7. Confirm that you want to delete the reference document type and select “Yes”. 
    8. Select “Assign” from the menu bar and enter the name of the reference document type you want to assign to a document type in the system. 
    9. Select a document type from the list and select “Save”. 
    10. Exit out of the transaction code by selecting “Back” or “Exit” from the menu bar.
