  1. Access the Departure Calendar by entering the transaction code /SAPAPO/TMS_CAL in the command field. 
  2. Select the desired date range for the calendar view. 
  3. View the planned departures for the selected date range. 
  4. To create a new departure plan, click on “Create” in the toolbar. 
  5. Enter the necessary information for the new plan, such as date, time, and quantity of goods being shipped. 
  6. Click “Save” to save the new plan. 
  7. To edit an existing plan, select it from the list and click “Edit” in the toolbar. 
  8. Make any necessary changes to the plan and click “Save” to save them. 
  9. To delete a plan, select it from the list and click “Delete” in the toolbar. 
  10. Confirm that you want to delete the plan by clicking “Yes” in the confirmation window that appears.
