  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code /SAPAPO/SPPSIMVERPRF in the command field. 
  2. Select “Create” from the menu bar. 
  3. Enter a name for the version profile in the “Profile Name” field. 
  4. Enter a description for the version profile in the “Description” field. 
  5. Select a planning area from the drop-down list in the “Planning Area” field. 
  6. Select a planning version from the drop-down list in the “Planning Version” field. 
  7. Select a planning book from the drop-down list in the “Planning Book” field. 
  8. Click “Save” to save your changes. 
  9. To assign versions to a profile, select “Assign Versions” from the menu bar and select versions from the list that appears. 
  10. To delete an existing profile, select “Delete” from the menu
