    1. Enter the transaction code /SAPAPO/CALENDAR in the command field. 
    2. Select the “Create” button to create a new calendar entry. 
    3. Enter the details of the new calendar entry such as name, description, start date, end date, and other relevant information. 
    4. Select “Save” to save the new calendar entry. 
    5. To edit an existing calendar entry, select it from the list of existing entries and then select “Edit”. 
    6. Make any necessary changes to the existing entry and then select “Save” to save the changes. 
    7. To delete an existing calendar entry, select it from the list of existing entries and then select “Delete”.
