  Overview:
  The SAP transaction code /NAM/JH_ROUNDING is used to define rounding rules for the calculation of wages and salaries in the Human Resources (HR) module. This code allows users to set up rules for rounding off wage and salary amounts, which can be used to ensure accuracy and consistency in payroll calculations. 
  
  Functionality: 
  The /NAM/JH_ROUNDING transaction code enables users to define rules for rounding off wage and salary amounts. This includes setting up rules for rounding off amounts to the nearest whole number, nearest tenth, nearest hundredth, or nearest thousandth. The code also allows users to specify whether the rounding should be done up or down. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code /NAM/JH_ROUNDING into the command field. 
  2. Select the “Create” button to create a new rounding rule. 
  3. Enter a name for the rule in the “Name” field. 
  4. Select the “Rounding Type” from the drop-down menu (e.g., nearest whole number, nearest tenth, etc.). 
  5. Select whether the rounding should be done up or down from the drop-down menu. 
  6. Select “Save” to save the rule. 
  7. Repeat steps 2-6 for each additional rule that needs to be created. 
  8. Select “Activate” to activate all of the rules that have been created.
