    The SAP transaction code /MRSS/TECHLIST is used to access the Technician Worklist. This is a tool that allows technicians to view and manage their assigned tasks.     The Technician Worklist provides technicians with an easy way to view and manage their assigned tasks. The Technician Worklist also allows technicians to assign tasks to other technicians or reassign tasks if needed. 
    
    Step-by-Step How to Use
    1. Enter the transaction code /MRSS/TECHLIST in the command field of the SAP GUI. 
    2. The Technician Worklist will be displayed. 
    3. Select a task from the list and click on it to view the details of the task. 
    4. To assign a task to another technician, select the “Assign” button at the bottom of the screen. 
    5. Enter the name of the technician you wish to assign the task to and click “OK”. 
    6. To reassign a task, select the “Reassign” button at the bottom of the screen and enter the name of the technician you wish to reassign the task to.
