  5. To edit an existing reason for close, select it from the list and click “Edit”. 
  6. Make the necessary changes and click “Save”. 
  7. To delete an existing reason for close, select it from the list and click “Delete”. 
  8. Confirm the deletion by clicking “Yes” in the confirmation dialog box that appears. 
  9. Click “Back” to return to the Reasons for Close screen.
