Overview: The SAP transaction code /MRSS/RAP_CP is used to access the Worklist Contact Person in the SAP system. Functionality: The Worklist Contact Person provides users with a list of contact persons associated with a customer or vendor. It also allows users to add, edit, and delete contact persons from the list. Additionally, users can assign roles to contact persons and view their contact information. Step-by-step How to Use: 1. Enter the transaction code /MRSS/RAP_CP into the command field in the SAP system. 2. Select the customer or vendor for which you want to view contact persons. 3. The Worklist Contact Person will be displayed, showing all contact persons associated with the selected customer or vendor. 4. To add a new contact person, click on the “New” button at the top of the screen. 5. Enter the necessary information for the new contact person and click “Save” when finished. 6. To edit an existing contact person, select it from the list and click on the “Edit” button at the top of the screen. 7. Make any necessary changes and click “Save” when finished. 8. To delete a contact person, select it from the list and click on the “Delete” button at the top of the screen. 9. Confirm that you want to delete the contact person by clicking “Yes” in the confirmation window that appears. 10. To assign roles to a contact person, select it from the list and click on the “Roles” button at the top of the screen. 11. Select one or more roles from the list and click “Save” when finished. 12. To view a contact person's contact information, select it from the list and click on the “Contact Info” button at the top of the screen. The contact information will be displayed in a separate window. Additionally, users should assign appropriate roles to each contact person in order to ensure that they have access to only those functions that are necessary for their job role.
