    3. To create a new task, click on the “Create” button at the top of the screen. 
    4. Enter the task details in the fields provided and click “Save” when finished. 
    5. To assign a task to another user, select the task from the list and click on the “Assign” button at the top of the screen. 
    6. Select the user you wish to assign the task to and click “Save” when finished. 
    7. To modify an existing task, select it from the list and click on the “Edit” button at the top of the screen. 
    8. Make any necessary changes and click “Save” when finished. 
    9. To delete a task, select it from the list and click on the “Delete” button at the top of the screen. 
    10. Confirm that you wish to delete the task and click “Save” when finished.

    It is recommended that users regularly review their worklists in order to ensure that all tasks are up-to-date and relevant. Additionally, users should ensure that all tasks are assigned to appropriate users in order to ensure that they are completed in a timely manner.
