    13. Enter details for each inventory level, such as name, quantity, and location in the yard plan. 
    14. Select “Save” to save the inventory levels information. 
    15. Select “Generate Reports” to generate reports on material movements and inventory levels in the yard plan. 
    16. Enter details for each report, such as type of report (e.g., movement or inventory), date range for report data, and output format (e.g., PDF or Excel). 
    17. Select “Generate Report” to generate the report with the specified parameters.
