  5. Select “Save” to save the plan.

  7. Enter the details for each material, such as name, quantity, and location. 
  8. Select “Save” to save the material assignments. 
  9. Select “Track Material Movements” to track material movements in the yard plan. 
  10. Enter details for each movement, such as source and destination locations, quantity moved, and date/time of movement. 
  11. Select “Save” to save the material movements information. 
  12. Select “Manage Inventory Levels” to manage inventory levels in the yard plan. 
  13. Enter details for each inventory level, such as name, quantity, and location in the yard plan. 
  14. Select “Save” to save the inventory levels information. 
  15. Select “Generate Reports” to generate reports on material movements and inventory levels in the yard plan. 
  16. Enter details for each report, such as type of report (e.g., movement or inventory), date range for report data, and output format (e.g., PDF or Excel). 
  17. Select “Generate Report” to generate the report with the specified parameters.
