    4. Select “Create Service Group” from the menu bar if you need to create a new service group. 
    5. Enter a name for the service group and select a back-end system from the dropdown list. 
    6. Select “Create Service Mapping” from the menu bar if you need to create a new service mapping. 
    7. Enter a name for the service mapping and select an external application from the dropdown list. 
    8. Select “Save” to save your changes and activate your routing configuration.
