    Overview:
    The SAP transaction code /CEERE/DNDP - Area Types (REM) is used to maintain area types in the Real Estate Management (REM) module. This transaction code allows users to create, change, and delete area types in the system. 
    
    Functionality: 
    This transaction code is used to define area types in the REM module. Area types are used to classify areas according to their purpose or use. For example, an area type could be “Office” or “Retail”. This transaction code allows users to create, change, and delete area types in the system. 
    
    Step-by-step How to Use: 
    1. Enter the transaction code /CEERE/DNDP - Area Types (REM) into the command field. 
    2. The Area Types screen will appear. 
    3. To create a new area type, click on the “Create” button. 
    4. Enter the name of the new area type and click “Save”. 
    5. To change an existing area type, select it from the list and click on the “Change” button. 
    6. Make any necessary changes and click “Save”. 
    7. To delete an existing area type, select it from the list and click on the “Delete” button. 
    8. Confirm that you want to delete the area type and click “Yes”.
