  4. Enter the start and end dates for the new period, as well as any other relevant information. 
  5. Click “Save” to save your changes and create the new period. 
  6. To edit an existing period, select it from the list and click on “Edit” at the top of the screen. 
  7. Make any necessary changes and click “Save” to save your changes. 
  8. To delete an existing period, select it from the list and click on “Delete” at the top of the screen. 
  9. Confirm that you want to delete the period by clicking “Yes” when prompted.
