  Overview:
  The SAP transaction code /SCA/SPP_ALERT_DEL is used to delete alerts in the SAP Solution Manager system. It is part of the SAP Solution Manager Performance and Availability (SPP) application. 
  
  Functionality: 
  This transaction code allows users to delete alerts from the SPP application. This can be done manually or automatically, depending on the user’s preferences. The deleted alerts are removed from the system and no longer appear in the alert list. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code /SCA/SPP_ALERT_DEL into the command field. 
  2. Select the alert that you want to delete from the list of available alerts. 
  3. Click on the “Delete” button to delete the selected alert. 
  4. Confirm that you want to delete the alert by clicking “Yes” in the confirmation dialog box. 
  5. The alert will be deleted and removed from the list of available alerts. 
  
  Other Recommendations: 
  It is recommended that users only delete alerts when they are sure that they are no longer needed or relevant. If an alert is deleted by mistake, it can be restored by using the /SCA/SPP_ALERT_RESTORE transaction code.
