  The /PERSOS/SHRTLINK transaction code allows users to view and store shortlinks in the SAP system. It also allows users to create, edit, and delete shortlinks. Additionally, users can search for existing shortlinks and view their details. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use:
  1. Enter the transaction code /PERSOS/SHRTLINK in the command field. 
  2. The Shortlink Overview: screen will appear. 
  3. To create a new shortlink, click on the “Create” button. 
  4. Enter the URL of the page you want to shorten in the “URL” field. 
  5. Enter a unique name for your shortlink in the “Shortlink” field. 
  6. Click on the “Save” button to save your new shortlink. 
  7. To edit an existing shortlink, select it from the list and click on the “Edit” button. 
  8. Make your changes and click on the “Save” button to save them. 
  9. To delete a shortlink, select it from the list and click on the “Delete” button. 
  10. Confirm that you want to delete it by clicking on the “Yes” button in the confirmation dialog box that appears.

  It is recommended that users use unique names for their shortlinks so that they can easily be identified and remembered by other users who may need to access them in the future. Additionally, users should ensure that they have permission to shorten URLs before creating a shortlink for them in SAP.
