  1. Enter the transaction code /MRSS/RMS_RC in the command field of the SAP system. 
  2. The Reasons for Close screen will appear. 
  3. To create a new reason for close, click on the “Create” button. 
  4. Enter the reason for close in the text box provided and click “Save”. 
  5. To edit an existing reason for close, select it from the list and click “Edit”. 
  6. Make the necessary changes and click “Save”. 
  7. To delete an existing reason for close, select it from the list and click “Delete”. 
  8. Confirm the deletion by clicking “Yes” in the confirmation dialog box that appears. 
  9. Click “Back” to return to the Reasons for Close screen.
