  1. Enter M/48 in the command field and press enter. 
  2. Select “Create” or “Change” from the menu bar. 
  3. Enter the name of the access sequence you want to create or change. 
  4. Enter the details of the access sequence, such as the search fields and search terms. 
  5. Save your changes. 
  6. Assign the access sequence to an RFQ by selecting “Assign Access Sequence” from the menu bar and entering the RFQ number. 
  7. To view an access sequence assigned to an RFQ, select “Display Access Sequence” from the menu bar and enter the RFQ number.
