It allows users to view and edit the cost elements associated with a project, such as labor costs, material costs, and overhead costs. Additionally, it provides users with the ability to create new cost elements or delete existing ones. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code S_EI4_11000013 into the command field. 
  2. Select the project for which you want to view or maintain cost elements. 
  3. Select the “Cost Elements” tab to view all of the cost elements associated with the project. 
  4. To create a new cost element, select “New” from the menu bar. 
  5. Enter the necessary information for the new cost element and select “Save” when finished. 
  6. To delete an existing cost element, select it from the list of cost elements and select “Delete” from the menu bar. 
  7. Select “Yes” when prompted to confirm deletion of the cost element. 
  8. When finished, select “Back” from the menu bar to return to the main screen of S_EI4_11000013.
