The time interval in which you do NOT want the background job to run has
been saved, and sent to the job running in the background or the
scheduled job.

The changes apply immediately to any running or scheduled generation
jobs.
If the background job is currently active, the changes apply after the
elementary database operation that is currently running has been
completed. The job ends once the specified time interval is reached and
automatically reschedules itself for the next opportunity. If all time
intervals have been deleted the load can be generated at any time in the
background and does not deschedule itself.
If the background job is scheduled for a later point-in-time the changes
also apply immediately. The scheduled job accepts the new times and
schedules itself to run at the next valid opportunity. If the times
entered allow the program to run immediately, the scheduled background
job is activated straight away and started in the background.
