The system tried to execute a logon using an external identification (an
X.509 certificate, for example).
In addition, a user or "*" was specified in the user field of the logon
screen.
For the current external identification, no entry for the specified user
or default entry could be found in the specified client &V1&.

Réponse du système

The logon is rejected.

Comment corriger cette erreur?

If access to the SAP system is to be possible with the external
identification used and the specified user, an entry must be created for
it in table USREXTID with type DN.
If the default entry of an external identification is to be accessed
using the specification "*", the corresponding entry must be created
with the serial number 000.
