finished editing by pressing 'exit' or 'back' or 'cancel'. The changes
you made on the second screen were consequently lost.

The second screen was cancelled and no changes were transferred.

If you wish the changes to be transferred, press 'save' on the second
window.
If you wish to delete entries made, choose the relevant delete function
in the main menu.
