You are trying to delete a subschema. This error can occur for
various reasons:
The line command can only be used with the COPY function.
The line is inactive because the subschema has already been deleted.
This is indicated by the text 'END OF COPY' in one of the following
lines with the name of the subschema. We do not recommend that you
carry out more deletions here.
The line is inactive because the subschema has not been used before.
In this case you can activate the line and then delete the subschema.
