Create a planning hierarchy with the desired characteristic values
combination (<LS>Master data -> Planning hierarchy -> Create</> or
<LS>Master data -> Generate master data</>).
If a planning hierarchy already exists for this information structure,
check to see what characteristic values it contains and change your
entry accordingly.
