In the master data catalog, you tried to create a new object for which
a higher level object &V1& &V2& (&V3&) exists. It is not possible to
create the relationship (&V4&) with this object.
There may be several reasons for this:
The higher level object is locked by another user
The higher level object has been deleted by another user in the
meantime
You do not have authorization to change the higher level object
The relationship to the higher level object is invalid.

Another user is probably editing the higher level object. Try to
perform the function again later.
