based on the following naming conventions: XYZ.ttttmmjj.hhmmss.XLS for
the rack label or XYZ.k.nnnnnnnnn.XL for shop floor papers (k = print
priority indicator).
The file name must be created for the action '&V3&'. Plant and line are
not interpreted. The system initially searches for a user-related, then
a user-neutral Customizing entry.
