Either table &V1& was not activated (for example, error during
blocking, and so on) or the activation was unsuccessful. This is often
because a change made to a key (or to an index) makes a table
conversion necessary. You perform this conversion manually in the
ABAP/4 Dictionary.

access the activation log via the menu options 'Environment -->
Reprocess in Repos --> Table --> Change' and then 'Utilities -->
Activation log'.
