The documents which can be archived were written to external files.
Documents on the data base are deleted by other jobs &v1& started in
the background.

have all program runs &v1& been carried out successfully? If there have
been program terminations, the respective job must be restarted in the
restart session.
collect the logs of the archiving run and the deletion job. The number
of documents in the archiving run written to external files must have
been deleted by the subsequent programs.
check the entries in the administration.
