Quelle est la cause de ce problème?

The system has detected that the availability of data dictionary type
&v1& to which the current data object is bound is controlled by switch
&v2&. The switch is currently turned on, so the bound dictionary type is
available.
The purpose of this message is to make you aware that although the data
object binding is OK in the current system, it is possible that problems
arise when the containing application is transported into a system where
switch &v2& is turned off. In that case, any attempt to use the data
object will lead to an exception because the underlying data dictionary
type &v1& is not available in such a system.
